W-8 BEN is the
Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding.

Use this form if you are claiming treaty benefits or are providing the form only to claim that you are a foreign person exempt from backup withholding. Read more.

W-8CE Form  Notice of Expatriation and Waiver of Treaty Benefits.

The purpose is to notify the payer that you are a covered expatriate individual subject to special tax rules.

W-8ECI Form  Is a Certificate of Foreign Person's Claim That Income Is Effectively Connected With the Conduct of a Trade or Business In The United States.

It asks for the name of the Individual or Organization that is the Beneficial Owner and country of incorporation or organization. - It is a one page form and worth looking at to understand it and the instructions. Read more

W-8 EXP Form is a Certificate of Foreign Government or Other Foreign Organization for United Sates Tax Withholding.
For use by foreign governments, international organizations, foreign central banks of issue, foreign tax exempt organizations, foreign private foundations, and governments of foreign possessions.  2 pages. Read more.

W-8 IMY Form is a Certificate of Foreign Intermediary, Foreign Flow-Through Entity, or Certain U.S. Branches for United States Tax Withholding. 

This form goes to the withholding agent or payer. Do not send to the IRS.
